During our stay in Mexico, the hotel had clean but small rooms with no windows providing views. The internet connection was really bad, which was a downside. The service from the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The location was not the best for walking around at night, although it was well-suited for certain activities. The dining experience was excellent with great options at a reasonable price. Overall, the hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives worth considering.
